Tandhori chicken  roll is healthy dish. It is better

for weight loss if we made at home because

at restaurant  they add more salad and made it

 spicier. We can serve tandoori chicken roll after time. It is a very popular dish in South Asia

and Western countries.

  1. Chicken Boneless.              ½ kg
  2. Yogurt.                                1 cup
  3. Red Chilli Powder.                ½ tbsp
  4. Paprika Powder.                    ½ tbsp
  5. Garam Masala.                        ½ tbsp
  6. Cumin Powder.                      ½ tbsp
  7. Salt.                                       
  8. Oil.                                         1 – 2 tbsp
  9. Bread.                                   
  10. Onion.                                   1, Chopped
  11. Green Chatni.                      
  12. Cheddar Cheese.                 
  13. Mozzarella Cheese.                                                  


  1. In a bowl add chicken,yogurt,salt and also add

              all powders including red chilli powder, paprika powder

           cumin powder,garam masla and mix it.

  • Leave it to sit for 30mintues.
  • After 30mintues in a pan add oil then further add

marinated chicken

  • Cook the chicken for at least 10 minutes,

or until it is tender.

  • Cut the corners of a piece of bread on a cutting board.
  • Then cover it with a layer of green chatni, cooked chicken,

 onion, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese, then roll it up.

  • The rolls deep into a beaten egg.
