  • ¾ part of butter ( cup )
  • 2 1/8 cups of white sugar
  • 3 large size eggs (If You don’t want to use egg.You can skip this step.)
  • 2 teaspoons of extract(vanilla)
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon (baking soda)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cup(buttermilk)
  • 2 teaspoon(lemon juice)
  • 1 ½ cup bananas(mashed)
  • ½ cup butter(softened)
  • Lemon juice (2-teaspoon)
  • 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese(softened)
  • 3 ½ cups confectioner’s sugar
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)

How To Prepare Banana Cake :

  1. Preheat oven at 135’C.Grease and flour a pan. Mixed mash banana with lemon juice in a small bowl. Flour, baking soda, and salt are mixed in a medium bowl. Set these two bowels aside.
  2. Cream ¾ cup of butter and 21/ 8 cups sugar until light and fluffy in a large bowl. Stir it in 2 teaspoons vanilla after beating in the eggs one at a time. Whip in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Stir it in banana mixture. In the prepared pan, pour the batter.
  3. In a preheated oven, bake it for an hour until a toothpick inserted into the cake center comes out clean. Place it directly into the freezer for 45 minutes after removing it from the oven. This will make the cake very moist.
  4. In a large bowl, cream ½ cup butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in one teaspoon vanilla for the frosting. Beat on low speed after adding confectioner sugar until combined until frosting is fluffy. Made it spread on cool cake.
