INGREDIENTS:

  1. Butter.                        ¼ Stick
  2. Oil                             4-5Atbsp
  3. Prawns                         ½ kg
  4. Garlic Paste             1tbsp
  5. Ginger Paste            1tbsp
  6. Onion                         1-2
  7. Cumin Seeds        1tbsp
  8. Cinnamon              1 Stick
  9. Peppercorn          ½ tbsp
  10. Red Chilli Powder.   1tbsp
  11. Salt
  12. Garam Masala        1tbsp
  13. Cumin Powder      1tbsp
  14. Coriander Powder   1tbsp
  15. Water                       1cup
  16. Tomato Paste       1tbsp
  17. Coconut Milk          1cup
  18. Cream                  1cup
  19. Green Chilies            1
  20. Fenugreek              1tbsp
  21. Coriander

PREPARATION:

  1. In the heat, the oil pan adds to butter mix it well.
  2. Add prawns and mix them.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste, onion, and mix for few minutes.
  4. Add oil, cumin seeds, and stir. Add cinnamon stick, peppercorn, cardamom, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder mix it.
  5.  Add water in the pan, tomato paste, coconut milk, cream mix it.
  6.  Now add chopped green chili-cooked prawns fenugreek mix it and also cover it for few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
